Asteroid 2005 YU55 Passby Earth on 9 Nov, 2011

An Huge space rock (400 meters wide) named "ASTEROID 2005 YU55" will passby from area between the orbit of Earth and Moon tomorrow. Its expected to passby at 4.58 a.m. on 9th Nov, 2011. 

At its closest approach it will be at 3,24,928 km. According to NASA this object is a "Potentially Hazardous Asteroid", but is not any danger to earth
